How to buy units?
The only way to buy units in the Fund is making a money payment into the Fund's account at the depository bank and filing a Unit Purchase Application. Units are purchased at the unit price prevailing at the date of payment. The date of payment is the date on which the money is received into the account. Any application received on a non-working day will be considered to have been received on the first subsequent working day.
All applications for payment of units received on the same day shall be deemed to represent a single payment in terms of the fee calculated and charged. An application to purchase units may be filed either at the Company's offices or at any authorised Raiffeisen Bank branch office across the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Before purchasing units, you can contact our authorised officers for any additional information about the Fund, its Prospectus and Articles of Association.
Where to make payments for purchase of units?
Payments are made into the Fund's account with the depository bank following the instructions for any fund under management.
Units may be purchased by single or multiple payments.
How to sell units?
You may cash in on all or a portion of your units at any time, subject to the terms specified in the Fund's Prospectus and Articles of Association. An application to sell all or a portion of units may be filed at the Company's offices or at any authorised Raiffeisen Bank branch office across the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. When an application to sell units is filed, the applicable balance shall be the balance recorded in the units register kept by the Company.
Units are sold at the unit price prevailing on the date on which the written application to sell has been received. The total sales price set at the date of the application will be paid to the investor within three days at the latest, less the exit fee, if any, calculated in line with the provisions of the Prospectus and the Articles of Association.
Any application received on a non-working days shall be deemed received on the first following working day.
